Regatta® Watch Service Center , quick access to Online Registration Form: WebBook

Our watch service center is unique in that it is specifically set up to work with SCUBA watches. While not all Telux watches are designed for SCUBA, they all share complex water resistance measures that cannot be maintained without specific parts and skilled personnel. We check the o-ring seals on every watch that is returned for maintenance, replacing worn seals as needed, at no extra charge.

Information of The Service Trip for your Regatta:

Pre-register your Regatta® into WebBook.
Saving turn around time ( average 7-10 days). your key in data help us speed up the process and minimize time consuming errors.
Pack the watch carefully in a padded mailer and INSURE your Regatta prior to mailing. Paper towel or old newspaper stuffing are fine!
For your Regatta's return pack, we only use standard size of recyle pack. Your Box won't be returned.
Please Include the printed WebBook Form with the watch if possible. or just let us know your registration number.
Give a street address, because we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
If ordering a watch band, include a description of the color, the material, the model # of the watch, and a measurement of yo ur wrist (also important if you send a band to be sized).
Our minimu charge is $15 which includes Watch Specialist's Inspection, Processing, returned freight & insurance.
After full Inspection, Regatta Specialist will send you a written Appraisal.
Our Quote only valid in written format. Appraisal will be sent by E-Mail, Fax, or Post Mail. Whichever the speedest option is avalable.
Payment ; No payment needed when sending the watch. Upon receiving estimate bill from us, you may make payment online or other ways . click here for service payment information
